Alef Kaballah
Olives and Oil
12 February 2019
Tetzaveh, Tetzave
This discourse, taught by the Rebbe on Shabbat Tetzaveh in 1965, speaks of the olive oil being brought to Moses in order to be used for lighting the Menorah in the Sanctuary. But why should it be brought to Moses, if Aaron would be the one lighting the Menorah? This discourse introduces us to profound perspectives on the interrelationship between darkness and light.
